Terri & Jesse- January 26 2008

Terri & Jesse had a beautiful winter wedding this past weekend. We enjoyed a chilly afternoon of pictures in the River Valley with the temperature just a little below zero. Still they were a lot of fun, even when everyone was slipping on the ice :)The reception was decorated in snowflakes and silver...absolutely gorgeous. Terri did a marvelous job! To top the evening off, the boys sang the best rendition of "Jesse's Girl" I have heard! The party was a riot ;0

Jamina & Dean

Jamina & Dean are having a destination wedding in Mayan Rivera at Grand Palladium Resort. Lucky me, I am joining them! I 'm off on Wednesday for their wedding on February 7 2008. We captured some engagement images this week downtown for a urban -type setting; much different from the style of images we'll capture on the beach in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the fun afternoon and for pretending you weren't too cold :)

Jill & Rick - January 19 2008

What a fun (& Cold!!) day! Jill and Rick were married in a gorgeous ceremony at the Royal Glenora Club. After the ceremony they braved temperature's of -15c to get outdoor pictures with their bridal party. Everyone enjoyed going back inside to the beautiful reception to warm up, have a drink and get the party started. Their group was lots of fun...I particularly liked the blow-up guitars. Jill and Rick decided to honeymoon in Florida, where they caught a Lighting-Oil game...and guess who we saw on TV ? The honeymooners , decked out in their copper and blue finest. Go Oilers go!

Carly & Bill- January 12 2008

Carly and Bill were married at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Sherwood Park this past Saturday. A lovely ceremony was followed by pictures in the chilly January wind. Carly & Bill were awesome and had fun trudging through the snow to get the wintery images they wanted. Good times!

Christmas Update

Just wanted to say Thank-you to everyone who participated in the Christmas challenge. Like I had hoped, I spent a good part of December producing 8x10's.....135 toys were dropped off to be exact! Some awesome toys too: 2007 Holiday Collector Barbies, Firetrucks, Drawing desks & markers, books, Spider- Man-Mr-Potatoe heads...the lists goes on and on. So you all came through in a very big way. Santa's Anonymous was even impressed when they heard where all the toys I dropped off came from. Brought a big smile to my face. You all have big hearts!!
