Jackie and John's Vietnamese-Japanese Fusion wedding was excellent full day. They mixed in bits of each culture, including Western culture in order to give their wedding a really cool tradition-meets-contemporary feel. The day started off with a traditional tea ceremony, then beautiful outdoor ceremony, great casuals at Devonian Gardens and a fantastic Reception at Cha Tea Palace. Driving home I was trying to figure out my favourite part of the day....but it was sooo hard! The Bridal Party was super fun, so that made the afternoon great, the ceremony was so sweet and perfect, and the reception had a lot of great moments. In particular, the flower girls sang Karaoke...which was unbelievably amazing. Watch out Hollywood! The 10 course dinner was also exceptional...I really liked when John asked if I got enough to eat...uh, nope, 3 more courses please! Just Kidding! But truly, the food was out of this world! And the best part was when the changed into the traditional Japanese Kimonos. I have never seen a Kimono before, and Jackie's beauty made my jaw drop to the floor. So gorgeous! All in all, a fantastic day with lots of great memories.
Thanks for letting me be apart of it!
Hugs,
Kelsy
